Clamping Slugs for Vector Mounts

Optional materials for clamping slugs machined in Aircraft Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, or Titanium. While the thumbscrews options are for aesthetics and don’t impact the sound of an instrument, changing the material of the slug pressing against the endpin does! They’re easy to swap in seconds without removing the endpin from the instrument. In our experience, Brass is mellow, Stainless Steel is bolder, Aluminum close to stainless but perhaps slightly rounder, and Titanium somewhere between Aluminum and Brass. Results vary with different instruments and endpin materials, and matching the endpin to the slug may be beneficial.
